Covid Policy
Charlie & Chums requests all customers to check in via QR code on entry into the store. If you do not have a phone to check in with, please approach staff where they can check you in via the computer at the desk.
Customer and staff must comply with current ACT COVID requirements with regards to masks.
Hand sanitiser is available for all customers to use on entry into the store. We request all customer stay 1.5 metres apart from each other within the store. At the customer service desk there is another hand sanitiser for use for all customers.
Each day in accordance with ACT Covid requirements EFTPOS machine and counters will be regularly disinfected and cleaned to keep customers safe. At the end of each day the store is cleaned and sprayed to help keep staff and customers safe.
All staff are will take all precautions when helping customers but we require customers to keep 1.5m distance. We appreciate customers understanding in this matter. We also ask customers to “Ask for help” rather than touching stock as this will keep them as well as other customers heathy and safe. We ask customers if they are feeling unwell to order online, rather than come into the store.
For Customers purchasing online, staff will take all care when preparing online orders and each order with be prepared in a covid safe way before despatch.
