Terms & Conditions
Your product will be dispatched once full payment is received. We do not do “Cash on delivery”.
Purchase of item can be made instore, or online. Online orders are processed via “Click & Collect”, Local Delivery (no charge) or via Aus Post. All customers will be notified as to when the delivery is ready for pickup or for delivery. Deliveries will be made mostly in the afternoon or evening when the store if operating as normal. AUSPOST deliveries will be dispatched by next working day unless purchased on a weekend where it will be despatch on the next business day.
All products, are as close to the picture shown, but please be aware that some designs may vary in colour from the picture shown. This is due to suppliers designer stock.
All products and prices displayed on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD). These are subject to change without notice. Products are available for delivery in Australia & overseas. Overseas delivery costs will be quoted on enquiry.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone. Cancellations will not be accepted after the item has been sent. There may be a residual charge for couriers if already booked. Evidence of courier costs will be provided at the time of refund.
Faulty or damaged goods
All items are packaged with care prior to dispatch. All are wrapped tightly in box or postal bag to minimise damage. In the case that an item is delivered damaged, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible (preferably within 1 day of delivery) with images if possible.
Delivery & pick up of products
Customers will be notified by text or email once Local PICKUP orders are ready. Delivery time frames for your order will be communicated once we receive your order. Interstate deliveries are posted via Australia Post or courier with a tracking number (buyer email address will be placed on order for delivery notifications). Please discuss urgent turn around times with us prior to ordering.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Also to inform Charlie & Chums if an order has not arrived so that we may resolve the issue. We mark orders with “authority to leave” so please organise a place for safe delivery at your home.
